• West Auckland Trust Services manage 42 licensed premises (both on and off licence) across West Auckland. Due to the non-responsiveness of our previous LCQ supplier, we moved our business to Chivalry Training Providers in June 2010. Since seeing the effectiveness of CTP’s training, in September 2010, we rolled out a programme of “mini LCQ” training sessions to 300 alcohol serving staff at WATS. This course has now become part of the Staff Induction Programme and we have four sessions booked for 2011. The flexibility and professionalism of CTP have led us to start discussions with CTP on rolling out a new training programme – customised health and safety courses
