CTP TRAINERS

Marcos Winter has 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry in Auckland with a number of awards for bar and restaurant work.  He has been employed thoughout the industry from working in fine dining restaurants, banqueting in large international hotels, to Food and Beverage Manager of a Hotel.  He's worked in and run some of Auckland's largest nightclubs and bars, set up several successful restaurants, as well as running training courses for bartenders and selling alcohol as a sales rep.  Throughout that time he has also gained a background in security with private contract work in hospitality over three years as Operations Manager and General Manager of a large security company.

Keith Robinson has been conducting formal training for 15 years and has been an NZQA assessor for the last 10.  Keith has been a senior manager in several companies so creates training packages that are not only educational and interesting for the trainee but adds value to the business.  The focus is for trainees to receive and education-not just a qualification.  Having been a Supply Chain Manager in the corporate world and a consultant in the industry, Keith's experience in logistics and health and safety is second to none.

Ringo Risetto has been in the security field for over 20 years both as a static guard and as a patrol driver.  Ringo's history of training youth helps him to understand what makes them tick which enables hiim to make the sessions interesting and enjoyable for the trainees.  Ringo captures the imagination of his students and is able to draw strong links to the security training material and the everyday life of his students.
